Building the bridge

Find a way to connect your knowledge with the job requirements
This job description talks a lot about education, support, and building relationships. If you have such skills and you have proved them, add them. You want to build a bridge between your skills, your abilities, and the job. I am on LinkedIn with >8000 connections… that is okay, but there are stronger and especially more active things. Find a lot of “I have” things for your job. One example:
Plan and go step by step. Maybe you are shy. I grow up in the mountains with few people and I am shy, too, but I want a job, so I have to come out of my shell.
These kinds of requirements are not related to technical skills. If you have it, it shows you can think in advance and you are not a technical-only person (nerd).
- I have a discord with >1000 people,
- I write articles,
- I am a beta tester for labs,
- I mentor people,
- I help others and
- I am a helper for a year or in different ways over the last 20 years.
