This list is small and realistic, but you see the focus. What are 5 years of industry experience? For this job, you need related experience, but maybe you worked 5 years in risk and compliance and during that time you did after work a lot of TryHackMe, attended CTFs, or did something else in this direction. Industry experience is a wide term. If you have contact with an employee, you can even ask more about their customers. Maybe they have a lot of customers in the health industry and you worked years as an admin in a hospital. You know HIPAA; you know a lot about the people...
